Art and Yoga in Mexico



Spring 2019 Art and Yoga Retreat

in San Pancho, Mexico

with Jonny Nobleza and Jen Burke

Indulge yourself for a week of relaxed art making and yoga practice while soaking up the warmth and charm of small town Mexico! Each day starts with 90 minutes of yoga and a delicious organic breakfast, followed two hours of art making under the shaded patio of Jen's tropical garden and lunch at the nearby Bistro Organico. Afternoons and evenings are reserved for outdoor adventures, more independent art-making, volunteering at the town cultural center, napping - your choice! We will provide a list of inticing possibiilties. Dinner time is yours to try different local restaurants, although we will gather for a retreat welcome dinner on the first evening of our arrival. This retreat is a sublime opportunity to connect to your art and yoga practices as well as explore the beautiful Pacific coast of Mexcio! Matt and Jen look forward to sharing their passions for yoga, art, and Mexico!

Dates: April 28 to May 5, 2018 - 7 nights, 8 days or April 28 to May 4, 2018 - 6 nights, 7 days

Accommodations: Casa San Pancho - shared and single rooms available

What's Included: transport to and from the airport in Puerto Vallarta, shared or single room at boutique hotel, welcome dinner on the first night of the retreat, daily art and yoga sessions, daily orgainc breakfast and lunch. Airfare is not included.

Jonny Nobleza 

Jonny Nobleza L.Ac., Dipl. O.M., MAcOM practices East Asian Medicine/Acupuncture, bodywork, and teaches Shadow Yoga in the Bay Area. His current focus is a continual deepening relationship with the living wisdom traditions of Yoga, Ayurveda, East Asian Medicine, Osteopathic, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy traditions.


Jennifer Burke: has been an art educator since 1997. Jen designs projects that call forth and enhance everyone’s innate creativity and artistic potential. In Jen's classes, students are introduces to a full range of visual art instruction, including multimedia art classes for adults, workshops for children and teens, art teacher trainings, and parent education workshops. Her most valuable experience comes from closely watching her students explore the artistic process with curiosity, courage, and calm.
